Why me?
Cross-cultural experiences have always been intriguing to me. I want to promote an authentic life posture that is focused on leaning forward to make long-term cross-cultural connections. As a leader with 20 years experience with the same organization, I want to see others pursue agility and longevity in their leadership, especially in making cross-cultural connections.
Pressure, uncertainty, family and wellness concerns, discouragement, and frustration over intangible results are just a few of the challenges when connecting interculturally. Dealing with these issues can cause leaders to withdraw from their target culture, causing disconnection and hopelessness.

I partner with cross-cultural workers by coaching them to be clear, confident, and consistent. Coaching is a dynamic process that moves you from where they are, to where you want to be. I connect with cross-cultural workers through confidential coaching appointments on a 45-minute Zoom call.
I am offering cross-cultural workers a 3-month coaching partnership that includes twice-a-month
45 minute Zoom appointments.

Conversations I’ve had with intercultural workers have illuminated some relevant points of struggle. Those with the focus of making cross-cultural connections are needing connection, support, and partnership navigating this challenging terrain. This is the time to have a trusted coach in your corner who will listen, ask questions, and push back a little as you vent, explore, discover, and clarify the relevant action steps needed to keep you moving forward cross-culturally.
Why now?
Coaching is not a one-sided lecture or like a sports coach calling out plays, giving instructions and pointing out flaws in your performance.

Since 2019, I've held credentials as a Certified Leadership Coach with Coach Approach Ministries. In 2022, I became an ACC certified coach with the International Coaching Federation where I am also a member of the professional global coaching community of over 50,000 members.
Through Coaching, leaders around the world are leveraging the power generated from the collaboration, connection, and awareness to move forward with clarity and focus that is both relevant and self-driven.
Connecting with another culture is a challenge, and not just in efforts to communicate with one from another country of origin. Cultures can clash wherever you find yourself -even in your home culture
